Does your child love to draw and want to take their skills further? This after-school program is designed for middle-school students who are ready to explore the technical side of art in a fun, creative setting.

Students will build a strong foundation in classic illustration while learning perspective, figure proportions, color theory, light and shadow, and more. Along the way, they’ll create a portfolio of finished work they can submit to art shows—and continue developing for future applications and opportunities.

Perfect for young artists who love drawing, enjoy a challenge, and want to grow their skills with confidence.

• Students will receive a snack from our liaison after school, and she will walk them over to the ARTBASE.
• Please pick up your child at the ARTBASE.

¿A su hijo/a le encanta dibujar y quiere llevar sus habilidades al siguiente nivel? Este programa extracurricular está diseñado para estudiantes de secundaria que están listos para explorar el lado técnico del arte en un ambiente divertido y creativo.

Los estudiantes desarrollarán una base sólida en ilustración clásica mientras aprenden sobre perspectiva, proporciones de la figura humana, teoría del color, luz y sombra, ¡y mucho más! Durante el programa, crearán un portafolio de trabajos terminados que podrán presentar en exposiciones de arte y seguir desarrollando para futuras solicitudes y oportunidades.

Perfecto para jóvenes artistas a quienes les encanta dibujar, disfrutan de los desafíos y desean desarrollar sus habilidades con confianza.

• Los estudiantes recibirán una merienda de nuestra coordinadora después de clases, y ella los acompañará caminando hasta ARTBASE.
